  • Business Development Manager native Malay

    Requirements:
    • 3-5+ year experience in a Sales, Partnership and/or Business Development position in a financial services company is necessary;
    • Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English;
    • Degree in Finance or Business or Sales & Marketing field;
    • Excellent understanding of the market;
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills;
    • Desire to go on frequent business trips;
    • Target-oriented and results-driven;
    • The person has to be proactive and aim to self-generate new leads, business contacts, and exposure within the trading community.
    Responsibility:
    • Identify and report on business opportunities to raise the company’s market share;
    • Develop, maintain and improve business relations with IBs, institutional accounts and new channels;
    • Approach, source and communicate/meet with local partners to foster lasting relationships;
    • Participate in exciting business trips in order to meet partners;
    • Develop and maintain a strong network of lead sources.

  • Customer Support Agent native Malay and Chinese (Kuala Lumpur)

    Requirements:
    • Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin;
    • Computer literacy;
    • Able to identify ways of solving the problem and present the solution in verbal and written manner;
    • Strong interpersonal skills;
    • High levels of professionalism and ethical standards;
    • Attention to detail and punctuality.
    Responsibility:
    • Handle any incoming customer enquiry within the set time range via different communication channels: live chat, messengers, tickets system, phone;
    • Identify customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction;
    • Manage standard enquiries in ticket system and escalate the ones that require deeper investigation to the relevant department or specialist;
    • Verification of clients documents.

    • To have IB trading experience at least 1 year;
    • Excellent computer skills;
    • Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    • Ability to work alone and hit deadlines and targets;
    • Perfect negotiation and networking skills.
    Responsibility:
    • Identify and recruit new affiliates and IBs to join the partner program;
    • Maintain stimulating relationships with the current partners;
    • Develop and monitor affiliate promotions;
    • Report for affiliate marketing promotions and activity;
    • Identify and implement other opportunities to enhance the affiliate program;
    • Keep affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements;
    • Continually motivate affiliates to perform better.
